This lets me take time off with my baby while receiving half of the disability pay each week. Honestly, this was the only policy I found that offered such a benefit. The customer service team at Breeze was super helpful and answered all my queries. Filling out the application was a breeze (pun intended!). The response time from Assurity, the insurance company, was a bit slow, but we weren’t in a hurry. All in all, we’re really happy with Breeze and I’d suggest it to anyone, especially women considering starting a family, to look into short term disability.
